Saint-Gobain Glass provide robust glazing for the Erie Basin development

Erie Basin is a build to rent scheme that houses nearly three hundred, one, two and three bedroom apartments over 16 storeys. The building finish must be robust enough to handle the challenge of the quick turnaround rental market.

Saint-Gobain's PLANITHERM ULTRA N has been used for the glazing on this project, resulting in a building that can perform in all weather conditions. The glazing specification also considers loading and safety in particular, to cope with the demands of tenants of varying ages.
