Silva Timber is currently adhering to strict social distancing guidelines. As a result, a large portion of their office staff are working from home and adjustments have been made to warehouse operations to ensure the safety of the SILVA team and customers. Due to unprecedented demand and the impact of COVID19, they have revised their delivery schedules again and made some operational changes.

Please do not visit either location without a confirmed collection time. You will be turned away.

Sample requests are temporarily paused.
Silva Timber is experiencing extremely high volumes of phone calls and orders at present.

Orders placed via the phone or web will receive:

- a detailed order confirmation within 48 hours by email during working hours
- a follow-up phone call when they can schedule your delivery within 2-3 days
- Silva Timber are not able to provide delivery times any earlier.

Any changes to orders may result in longer lead times.

Revised delivery schedules
Lead times as follows:

- Small items (courier) – up to 5 working days
- Shingles/Shakes (palletised) – up to 5 working days
- Timber (palletised) – up to 4 weeks
- Collections (Timber/Shingles only) – 2 weeks (North), 3 weeks (South)

Click and collect instructions
If using their contact-free Click + Collect service, they will let you know when your order is ready to pick up by phone and email. Collection times are between 2-3 weeks at present. Please do not travel to the warehouse until Silva Timber contact you – you will be turned away.

Due to high demand, it may take longer to schedule in or be unavailable at busy times.

Bring with you a copy of your order and the payment card used to purchase.

On arrival, park in one of the marked bays at your allotted time slot and wait for a member of the team to approach your vehicle.

Your items will be brought out by a member of their warehouse team and left by your vehicle for you to load.
