Broxap provided a unique seating system to be situated on the campus of Royal Holloway University of London.

Working with Geoffrey Osborne Limited and Plincke Landscape Architects, Broxap provided a minimal, floating seat style, with multifunctional use that fit the architects brief.

Broxap manufactured and installed a suite of products linked by the materials of steel framed and timber slats, incorporating discreet light threaded through the seating framework. The products included freestanding, curved and wall mounted fixings.

Large linear Windsor Benches 1490mm wide by 6064mm long, with a central backrest were the main feature in the square. They were complemented with a range of steel timber benches including curved Runneymede Benches and a Surrey Wall Top Bench.

The contemporary timber style, with steel frames, complemented the modern surroundings perfectly. The large seating space was designed to encourage students, staff and visitors to sit down, relax and socialise.
