Bailey Streetscene have supplied a range of street furniture packages to student accommodations across the country. Here’s some of the projects they’ve worked on.

KYLE PARK HOUSE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

The former Printworks in Glasgow has been redeveloped as student accommodation with 401 bedrooms, amenities such as communal areas & dining areas, and private parking.

The modern building was constructed by Watkin Jones with a U shape to create a private courtyard space. The residence is close to Glasgow City Centre and only a short walk to both Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of Strathclyde.

Bailey Streetscene supplied Holgate Benches, Holgate Picnic Sets and Springwell Planters for the private courtyard. The timber products provide a natural finish to the project. Residents can take a break and enjoy the outdoor space.

PEBBLE MILL, VITA STUDENT ACCOMMODATION BIRMINGHAM

Pebble Mill residence is situated within the city and is a short walk from the University of Birmingham. Built in the upper market area of Edgbaston which has been designed and built exclusively for students. Pebble Mill studios have been designed in a contemporary style.

Bailey Streetscene have supplied a furniture package for the building's outdoor areas. For the Terrace Garden: Westminster concrete benches with timber toppers with backrests. The front entrance has classic Holgate Benches and seats.

The courtyard has Holgate benches and seats and cubes. The entrance also has bespoke triangle benches, bespoke steel and timber litter bins and the Eco Picnic Table, some of which have disabled wheelchair access.

NAUTICAL CLUB, BISHOPSGATE STREET STUDENT ACCOMMODATION BIRMINGHAM

The former Birmingham Nautical club has been redeveloped into the new 15-storey student accommodation building in Birmingham. Intended to house students from Birmingham's 5 Universities, Bishopsgate Street has 290 apartments.

Bailey Streetscene have supplied a bespoke Deacon Cycle Store which will incorporate Vertical Cycle Racks to hold 78 bikes in total.

The sheltered cycle parking will encourage residents to cycle around the city for necessities and to their University.
