Aero Electric rooflights from Sunsquare were specified for this stunning contemporary home in the bustling town centre of Bury St Edmunds.

The home is cleverly designed with high ceilings and a flat roof, offering life on one level, whilst being at one with its surroundings – notably its charming swimming pond.

The project’s architect, Modece, was tasked with encouraging abundant natural light into the living space below via the flat roof.

Sunsquare was specified by the client to supply four Aero Electric rooflights that not only provided a primary source of natural light and ventilation in the bathrooms, but offered light from above in the rooms with external windows.

The home’s owners were keen for the property to benefit from the latest technology, making it as energy efficient as possible. Sunsquare’s Heated Rain Sensors formed part of a Building Management System (BMS) that protects the interiors from the worst of the British elements.
