LBS worked in association with Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd to supply and fit 12 steel door sets, some are SR2 rated, whilst others are fire rated. LBS also installed multiple louvre systems to the recently opened Porter Building.

The Porter Building in Brunel Way is the first in the country to achieve WELL Core and Shell certification, attaining a rating of Gold, the second highest possible.

It also became the first building in the UK to achieve the WELL Building Standard. The WELL Building Standard is an international performance-based assessment, grounded in medical research, which focuses on human health and wellbeing in the built environment.
