The Unity building is a mixed-use scheme with 15,000m2 of office accommodation, shops and parking plus 161 residential units situated slightly to the North of the Liver Building.
The two towers of the Unity building serve as powerful complements to the waterfront silhouette of the famous Merseyside buildings, the Three Graces. The towers have now become symbols of the citys renaissance for its year as 2008 European City of Culture not least because this development contains the first new-build office accommodation in Liverpool for 30 years.
EH Smith was commissioned to provide the blockwork for this project.
