In these times of lockdown, whilst the warehouse is closed as there are no despatches, the phones are still manned from 9 until 4.30 weekdays, albeit with a reduced staff.

This Monday morning, calls peaked at 20 and emails over the weekend totalled 65. All answered by 10.30. All emails are being answered with quotes, advice or confirming requests from customers that they be alerted by email or phone when we re-start deliveries.

Not only that, stocks are being re-built so that all of the 60+ product variants (Classic, Garden rings, Easybeds, ProEdge and some Titan) that we try to hold in stock, will be in stock when despatches resume.

It is sad that with so many people self-isolating, very many sprucing up their gardens, we are unable to supply the finishing touch. But we will, when things get back to some level of normality.
