With a normal operational range of 120 to 200 degrees Celsius, system volumes in excess of 250,000litres and fill pressures to 20 bar, Aquatech Pressmain believe the New Nitropack HTHW sealed system pressurisation unit offers clients the highest specification of high temperature pressurised heating system in production today.

Having successfully amalgamated three companies: Aquatech, Pressmain and Warmac, Aquatech Pressmain are in the unique position of being able to draw upon 70 years of combined experience, knowledge and expertise, to design and manufacture to the highest standards. Supplying their clients with efficient, economical and reliable products.

The New Nitropack is a perfect example of this.

Taking the “best bits” from the three companies’ previous designs, which individually had all proven highly successful, (many are still in use throughout Europe today), the Aquatech Pressmain team have enhanced the design by adding their advanced controls software features from the renowned 2020Plus system. Resulting in accurate and reliable pressure control as expected in these high pressure and temperature sensitive systems.

Its applications cover a broad spectrum from primary boiler loops to large district heating systems.

The new design is fully certified for compliance to the pressure equipment directives (PED), with the facility to certify custom units outside our standard range, to meet client specific requirements.
