A new restaurant in Bristol are the first to have an on-site vertical farm, installed by V-Farm.
Suncraft Restaurant has been developed by the team behind the well-known ‘The Gallimaufry’, which is just across the road from the new opening.
The project itself has been aided by local hydroponic and vertical farming experts Grow Bristol.
