xsign develops sign packages across residential estates

xsign has developed a strong capability in the residential sector, having installed wayfinding signs across a number of key residential estates over the past few years.

Their expertise in wayfinding consultancy, product design and manufacture, and installation has put them in a strong position in the market to offer a range of sign types and material finishes.

They have created sign packages at Royal Wharf in London, Rathbone Square, Wellington Place and Vita Student York. Their sign types feature patented fixing technologies on a range of material finishes.

Royal Wharf.

At Royal Wharf in London, they created sign packages across the residential estate at The Concierge and The Clubhouse. The residential buildings feature built-up brushed stainless-steel numerals to all of the town houses and solid brushed stainless-steel door numbers to the apartments. At the Concierge, they manufactured a 150mm deep case with inset opal acrylic and blackened steel. The face is double-sided and illuminated with ultra-efficient LEDs. At the Clubhouse, they created an external sign with 2mm brushed stainless steel lettering and an applied clear lacquer. Graphics and vinyls also feature internally.

Wellington Place.

xsign have worked with contractor MEPC to create a high-end brand and wayfinding solution for Wellington Place. Complimenting the on-site architecture, xsign provided a future-proof scheme with interchangeable panels fitted to bespoke fabricated brackets. Working with the cladding contractor, an initial design was taken through concept, prototyping and manufacture to produce a range of illuminating signs with future-proofing. Across the site you’ll see stainless steel fingerpost signs with sturdy cast aluminium plates, enabling straightforward navigation. Internally, you’ll find a range of lettering in both stainless steel and bronze.
