Their Incomat concrete mattress has been used successfully in hydraulic engineering applications for erosion controls or as a cover lining since the early 1960s.

The mattresses comprise two high-tensile synthetic woven geotextile layers connected by internal ties.

The void between the geotextile layers is filled in-situ with a fluid micro-concrete so that it can be installed underwater without the need for divers.

Huesker’s SoilTain tubes and bags are ideal solutions for coastal and bank protection systems. They take the form of large geosythetic tubes and bags for the purpose of preventing erosion.

The tubes are hydraulically filled in-situ with a sand/water slurry mixture with the water draining out through the permeable geotextile shell.
