The project involved the conversion of a large, three-storey, brick-built dwelling to provide nine 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments for residential use. The building is situated on a leafy avenue in the St Agnes conservation area in Moseley. The project included the conversion of the building to modern apartments and the addition of a new 3-storey extension.

Following a thorough survey of the building, InstaCoustic was able to offer the client a Guaranteed Acoustic Solution. This meant that we gave a written performance guarantee and the certainty that the acoustic elements of the build would be achieved within budget.

The InstaCoustic design team worked closely with the architects and contractor to ensure that they designed and installed the best possible solution for all parts of the building which was then fitted by our specialist teams.
