3 range Conservation Rooflights revive The Old Court House

The Clement Windows Group have installed their 3 range of Conservation Rooflights in a tile profile for ‘The Old Court House’, a 500 year old property in the West Midlands.

Harrison Brookes Architects and Speller Metcalfe Contractors worked closely to bring this house back to life using a range of conservation skills.

Rhys Brookes from Harrison Brookes Architects said “This Grade II listed building was in a dilapidated state and required meticulous and painstaking reconstruction.”

“The inclusion of Clement’s Conservation Rooflights helped us to stay true to the original character of the property whilst also meeting the demands of Building Regulations.”

The project won RIBA Conservation 2018, the RIBA Regional Award West Midlands 2018 and the RIBA Project Architect of the Year Award 2018.
