Ideal for projects where planning or design requires the installation of sympathetic materials, our 58BW ST Steel Replacement Window System provides the look of steel with the benefits of aluminium. Designed to replace or complement existing steel windows, or to create a period aesthetic, the range has been specifically developed for use on listed buildings, warehouses and period properties where steel windows have been traditionally fitted.

They also offer award-winning U-Values for both double and triple glazing. In fact, AluK was the first company to have an A-rated aluminium double-glazed window system released into the market. Our Heritage window systems are available in a wide range of styles and configurations including fixed light and French casement, as well as top, side and bottom hung. And our windows come with a full suite of impressive hardware that is sympathetic to traditional steel window designs.

The range is available in a wide selection of standard and RAL colours. Anodised finishes are also available, with marine grade guarantees on request.

Student Accommodation Window

The Student Accommodation Window System is uniquely designed to create uniformed interfaced details. Ideal for both low-rise and high-rise projects that require purge ventilation, the system can use a range of ventilation inserts including:

• Perforated panels
• Grills
• Aluminium louvres
• Timber slats
• Bespoke design panels

The inward opening system is available in Tilt-Before-Turn, Side Hung, Bottom Hung and Fixed Light configurations, with multi-point locking. Designed in line with the 58BW Window Series [link], the system maintains the same high performance, slim sightlines and aesthetics, and can be integrated with all AluK systems.

Safe and secure, the Student Accommodation Window System is tested to PAS 24 and fully certified under the Secured by Design scheme.
