Hygienik Systems provided a complete refurbishment of a large food production facility in Nottingham.

Over 500m² of 2.5mm K-Panel PVC hygienic wall cladding was fitted during an intensive 7-day work programme.

As well as installing hygienic wall lining, the fit out included safety flooring, hygienic ceiling cladding, new partition walls and made-to-measure single and double doors with vision panels and an integral foodsafe PVC doorskin.

The cladding transformed a dusty, aging building into a bright, clean hygienic environment where the highest foodsafe standards can be maintained. We fitted easy-cleans, maintenance-free surfaces throughout.
