Aliva UK’s award-winning EWI systems are continuing to make a mark in the built environment as the facade specialist starts 2026 with projects on site in practically all points of the compass across the UK.

Its Kiwa UK and BBA certified, A-rated systems including AlivaClassic, AlivaBrick and AlivaFlex are being installed on a series of new build and refurbishment projects working with calibre partners.

Its market-leading External Wall Insulation systems are being installed on projects spanning sectors including residential, social housing, education, Purpose Built Student Accommodation and hospitality.

• Pottery Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne, a new build featuring AlivaBrick, working in partnership with RG Group, PIC Construction Group and Olympian.

• Birkenhead Estate, London, a refurbishment project featuring AlivaClassic, working in partnership with Fullers Plastering and Pavehall Group.

• Flax Place, Leeds, a new build project featuring AlivaBrick, working in partnership with Stoneguard Projects (North) Ltd and Torsion.

• Kingston Bridge House, Kingston upon Thames, an AlivaBrick new build project, working in partnership with Stoneguard Projects (South) Ltd.

• The University of Reading’s White Knights Campus, a refurbishment project featuring AlivaClassic, working in partnership with Craft Facades and Morgan Sindall.

• Tooting Hotel, Tooting, a new build project featuring AlivaBrick, working in partnership with Stoneguard Projects (South) Ltd and London Hotels Group.

• Royal George Village Torkington Building, Stockport, a project featuring refurbishment and new build elements including AlivaBrick, AlivaClassic and AlivaFlex, working in partnership with Hamilton Building Contractors and headoffice³.
