The Royal Holloway University in Egham, Surrey has recently undergone an overhaul to its external areas within the grade II listed, Founders North and South Quadrangles.

True Grip Ltd, an approved Addagrip contractor were nominated as the company most capable to achieve the precise and accurate layout and deliver the project on time.

Addaset Resin Bound Surfacing was specified for the 124 year old building, using a chequer board design to replicate the original paving. The main contractor, Spade Oak Construction Ltd, worked with True Grip to produce a mock up sample panel for approval. The chosen finish was based on our 3mm Terracotta and 6mm Wessex to create a stunning effect to this prestigious site.
