Construction materials supplier Aggregate Industries, a member of the LafargeHolcim Group, has acquired Maxi Readymix Concrete Limited, a leading independent readymix concrete business in Leicestershire and the surrounding areas.

The acquisition is in line with Aggregate Industries’ Strategy 2022 - “Building for Growth” and will allow the company to strengthen its market position within a region offering growth opportunities and further develop its strong customer focus.
