Aliva are proud to mark the official opening of their new northern showroom, offices and training facility as they welcomed contractors, installers, architects and developers to celebrate at the launch event in Cheadle yesterday.
Guests joined Aliva for toasts and tours of their new flagship showroom, which marks the continued growth of Aliva UK as an award-winning, market-leader of A-rated Kiwa and BBA certified facade systems.
Aliva pride themselves on their facades designed with Italian flair, one of the many market differentiators that they stand proud of as part of Gruppo IVAS, and its 70 year legacy of leading innovation in the facade sector. Aliva were equally proud to be joined by the CEO of Gruppo IVAS, part of the business’ founding family, Jacopo Colonna at the opening.

The morning featured presentations on their signature External Wall Insulation / ETICS systems including AlivaBrick, AlivaClassic, AlivaFlex, AlivaCeramic and AlivaDesign focusing on the visual impact the versatile ranges can make to create beautiful buildings and realise architectural design intent without compromise – alongside the thermal efficiencies EWI yields.
Aliva also gave a demonstration of their new high impact strength system, AlivaClassic Impatto, which has a high impact carbon fibre cementitious basecoat, perfect for buildings where high impact resistances are required and for high levels of pedestrian movement.
After celebratory toasts were given by Aliva UK’s MD James Ormerod, their afternoon session focussed on our award-winning rainscreen cladding systems, showcasing the art-of-the visual possible and the customisation that can be achieved in our flagship systems that span a multi material product suite including aluminium, expanded mesh, terracotta, ceramic, stone and glass.
