Architectural solutions specialist Aliva UK’s latest new build ETICS project is changing the city skyline in Manchester.
Welcoming in 2025 with this signature project, Swan Street House on the Ancoats side of the city looks stunning as well as paying testimony to the thermal efficiency benefits of an EWI and brick slip system.

Over 10,000sqm of Aliva UK’s Manchester Smooth Red, Kiwa certified, A1 EWI clay brick slip system has been installed within offset panels to the full height of this Build to Rent residential project which includes 385 apartments across a 31 storey, 13 storey and 5 storey towers.
To showcase the visual impact Swan Street House is having on Manchester’s skyline, and the arterial routes into the city, Aliva is showcasing a new photo set of the project. The images demonstrate how the residential new build nestles in between existing buildings, from stone rotundas, to hotels and food halls on the Northern Quarter side of the city.

Designed by architects SimpsonHaugh, Aliva UK was delighted to have partnered with main contractor RG Group and installer Stoneguard on this stunning development in the heart of Manchester.
