The existing 14-year-old roof of Boss House, an upmarket warehouse conversion in Shad Thames District urgently needed a complete upgrade. Alumasc provided an innovative solution which would avoid the displacement of residents for the duration of the works.

The proposal involved attaching a new plywood base to the existing standing seam roof using timber packers fixed into the metal structural purlins. 1600m² of 4mm Derbigum Mineral Charcoal was installed on time with minimal disruption to residents.
