Interlocking aluminium modular floor panels, engineered for effortless installation. Unlike conventional alternatives, these fully welded panels can be mechanically fixed to both floor joists and solid floors, and uniquely, they can be lifted and reused after their long lifespan. 100% recyclable and capable of supporting an incredible 10 tonnes per m². This product is also available as a 1mm HPL Aluwood panel.

Standard Panel Size: 2400mm (L) × 600mm (W) × 16mm (D). Weight: Wood: 8kg/m². Marble, Ceramic & Quartz: 20kg/m².

How Aluwood Veneer Panels are made:

The core of the flooring is made from 6063 (T6 graded) aluminum sheets. This enhances resistance to warping and moisture damage as well as minimizing expansion and contracting of the panels.

This base provides structural strength, resistance to moisture, and enhanced stability, making it ideal for environments requiring non-combustible or moisture-resistant materials.

An adhesive or bonding agent is applied to ensure a secure and durable connection between the aluminum base and the selected material veneer layer.

A 6mm layer of natural wood, marble, ceramic or quartz is adhered to the aluminum base.

The veneer surface is sanded where appropriate and treated with protective nano-technology finishes.
