Product choice
The first thing that a prospective buyer is likely to notice from the outside of this new build is the consistency in how it looks, despite there being a number of different window and door types and sizes involved. Dalziel, Origin's Premium Partner, took the specification from the developer and transformed it into a design which would appeal the buyers. Due to Origin's lead times, Dalziel were able to specify with confidence.

The rear of the property features an expansive five panel bi-fold door set. Each panel opens in one direction, making it easy to open up the whole area to create a seamless space between indoors and outdoors.

Additionally to the bi-folds, a four panel French door set is to the right of the house. This opens up the ground floor even further and gives options to the occupier on how they use their space.

Each window and door has been manufactured in white, bringing consistency to the property and adding to the open plan feel – perfect for today’s buyers.
