Are you thinking of adding Electrical Vehicle charging to your workplace?

Are you thinking of adding Electrical Vehicle charging to your workplace?

Premier Energy's new EV Workplace Assessment outlines your options, solutions, and estimated costs for adding Electrical Vehicle chargers to your existing electrical supply.

The EV Workplace Assessment measures the suitability and capacity of your current electricity service to install EV charging points at either your parking area, commercial property or workplace. Premier Energy's Utility Consultants will evaluate the existing service and determine if the electrical capacity is able to connect chargers and avoid costly electrical service upgrades.

This service includes:
• Reviewing your CO2 footprint, existing electricity usage and available electrical capacity.
• Analysing the existing electricity metering and service arrangements.
• Identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Making recommendations on the possibilities around electricity supply contracts.

If your looking to make your business more carbon neutral, Premier Energy's EV Workplace Assessment service is essential. They can help your workplace contribute to the Net Zero targets!

What is Net Zero?
Net Zero is defined as “the balance between the amount of greenhouse gas produced and the amount removed from the atmosphere” by National Grid. The aim of Net Zero is to introduce certain technologies which only minimally impact the environment in order to help tackle global warming. These technologies include Carbon Capture, Electrical Vehicles, and Green Energy (Wind, Tidal, Solar).

Why do I need to consider installing EV charging points?
In 2030, new vehicles will no longer be powered by fuels like diesel or petrol which means the majority of new cars and vans will need to be electric or at least a hybrid. And the need for charging points at both homes and workplaces across the country will increase dramatically.
