Artform Urban Furniture have been selected to provide outdoor furniture for a new residential development in Manchester.

The Elizabeth Tower and Victoria Residence at Crown Street are the second of Renaker’s developments within the ‘Great Jackson Street’ regeneration area close to the Deansgate / Castlefield area of Manchester.

The two towers, one at 21 storeys and one at 52 storeys (one of the UK’s tallest residential structures), will bring a total of 664 apartments to the city centre with superb facilities including a swimming pool on the 44th floor (one of the highest in Europe), communal Gardens and 24/7 hotel style concierge.

The building is designed by Simpson Haugh & Partners and Artform Urban are excited to be working on the external space for this project in collaboration with Landscape architects TPM Landscape, paving the way to meet the demand of the fast expanding city.

Artform Urban will be providing a substantial amount of outdoor furniture elements for the roof terraces of both buildings.

A complementary suite of steel, aluminium and timber elements, consisting of planters, benches, picnic sets and lighting units will all be unique to this project and their largest value bespoke project to date.

This phased scheme is due for final completion in summer 2022.
