During the early stages, BA Systems worked with the main contractors, Hill partnership, to develop a concept balustrade design for the balconies and terraces.

They worked closely with the Hill technical team and Moss Architecture to develop details that effectively coordinated with the surrounding trades.

BA Systems were then appointed by the main contractor for the supply and installation of the balcony and terrace balustrades.

Their full scope of works included:

• B30 frame and glass infill panel fitted to the Balconies and Terraces with 11.5mm toughened and laminated glass with an opaque interlayer. (Handrails were powder-coated to a RAL 7016 anthracite grey.)
• Privacy screens with opaque interlayer
• Full height acoustic screens with opaque interlayer
