BASF’s Master Builders Solutions' MasterLife WP799 high performance integral waterproofing system for concrete was used in the construction of a domestic basement in Womenswold, Kent.

The MasterLife WP 799 superplasticizing and waterproofing admixture was used in conjunction with environmentally friendly Nudura insulated concrete form (ICF) blockwork at Nethersole Cottage.

The basement will provide extra living space for the family to relax in, including a cinema, bar and family room.

The project will be finished with reclaimed brick, in keeping with the house's rural surroundings.
