BASF have used their MasterRoc MP 350 resin to repair a small ingress of water for a development of apartments in Woolwich, North London.
The cracks appeared in the basement around the pushbike lock-up area of the London apartments.
Holes were drilled at 45-degree angles at either side of the crack at different levels to stitch, packers were then inserted and tightened to make a seal ready for injection.
The Injection was carried out by attaching a foot pump to the packer and pumping an injection resin through the packer into the crack, the resin then filled the crack travelled through the front and rear where possible.
Once the resin had gelled the concrete was watertight again.
