Battersea Bridge has been shortlisted for an LIF EMILAS (Energy Management and Innovation in Lighting) award.
The awards have been established to encourage the earlier refurbishment of existing lighting installations and to recognise and award those lighting schemes which have shown proven energy savings, flexibility of usage and innovation.
The EMILAS scheme hopes to help the government (and its agencies) achieve overall UK Carbon (CO2) reduction targets while promoting the importance of good lighting in design, utilising innovative products and best practise in energy efficiency.
DW Windsor recently refurbished Battersea Bridge, saving an impressive 45% energy saving on the previous lighting scheme.
