An office in Yorkshire runs a very ‘data heavy’ operation with two large servers in a medium sized office shared with half a dozen workstations.

The constant noise from the servers was an issue for staff, and creating a poor working environment. The clients brief was to enclose the servers with acoustic folding partitions which needed to be able to be opened up as needed to allow clear uninterrupted access to the servers for maintenance, and access to the area behind.

Beehives solution was to supply and install two sets of concertina folding partitions with associated head supports, meeting at right angles, to enclose the servers and be openable at three different points to allow the necessary access.

On completion, one staff member’s first comment was ‘Wow, that’s quiet’ - mission accomplished!
