The regular inspection and servicing of the operable wall systems at a Yorkshire school has once again been carried out by Beehive Folding Partitions as part of an established ongoing maintenance regime.

Employers have a duty to ensure these mechanical systems are safe to use under the PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations) 1998, and a servicing regime assists in ensuring compliance.

Regular servicing also extends the useful working life of these systems, and keeps them in good order to avoid costly breakdown issues. These service visits also allow staff to be trained in the correct operation of the systems and avoid damage from user error.
