Bespoke underfloor heating system for a new build home

Easyflow designed and installed a bespoke underfloor heating system for a new build in the market town of Market Drayton in North Shropshire.

Easyflow is a underfloor heating company that design all systems based on the information on plans provided, elevations and insulation data. This data is used to accurately calculate how much heat each room actually needs, by taking into account the heat loss of walls, windows, doors and floors.

The company installed a 1200 gauge damp proof membrane below the floor insulation, a 500 gauge separating membrane was then installed over the insulation to create a barrier between the wet screed and the foil-backed insulation.

The following day Easyflow’s UFH engineers installed the manifold and pipework according to their bespoke CAD design. After the systems had been pressure tested the screed could safely be installed to the required level.
