Noberne doorsets were specified on the new MRI unit as we were able to offer full fire test evidence for doorsets with and without PVC cladding (Yeoman Shield). The specialist bead detail was key part of the architectural vision for this famous Children’s hospital.

Durability, test evidence for both fire and acoustics were key influencers on this project.

Due to the robust construction of Noberne Series fire and x-ray doorsets with perimeter framed doors the client had full confidence in the durability of the product; this was due to their experience of GDC (chipboard) cores failing on sites.

All doorsets had full test evidence and 3rd party accreditation under the BM Trada Q-Mark scheme.
