VITRAL is delighted to have been involved in the building which incorporates many innovative products and has become a benchmark for affordable sustainable design in the UK.

The arching multi-tiered central glazed atrium runs the length of each building and floods the space beneath with natural daylight, providing illumination to the offices beneath and creating an 'outdoor' street within the heart of this remarkable development and 'bringing the outside in'.

In order to be eligible for the award a building must have scored a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) 'Excellent' rating ensuring only the very best in sustainable design is represented. In fact, Innovate Green Office achieved the highest BREEAM score ever recorded of 87.55% proving that beautiful visuals and outstanding performance can be combined to great affect.
