Tadpole Garden Village is a multi-housebuilder development in Blunsdon, Swindon, which includes hundreds of homes constructed by long-standing Brickfab customer David Wilson Homes (part of Barratt Developments Plc).

Brickfab was involved at multiple stages, taking responsibility for product design (2D and 3D CAD drawings), site measurements and product consultations via a series of site visits, buyer consultations, manufacture, and supply with considerately timed flexible delivery.

Brickfab has been able to expedite deliveries and additional orders as the customer works with seasonal peaks in homebuyer exchanges and completions. Furthermore, Brickfab consulted with the site team and the buyer to ensure stock requirements were managed, latterly amending the agreed order and production scheduling to accommodate revised house designs as the site develops and phases are completed.
