Hunter Real Estate Investment Management is undertaking a £10m refurbishment programme to upgrade the six office buildings that make up Exchange Quay.

Broxap’s Nusser range of contemporary seating solutions are used across the podium landscape that forms the entrance approach to three of the buildings.

In liaison with the main contractors Broxap created bespoke benches and seating in keeping with the modern environment as well as stick to the specified budget.
