68 King William Street – Rooftop Bar & Restaurant located directly above monument station and in one of the busiest pockets of the Square Mile, it is home to variety of mixed-uses including office, food, and retail tenants.

Sixty-eight King William Street is a London Development which encapsulates much of the company’s unique skill set and approach to development. A former home to a House of Fraser Department store that was no longer viable provided the opportunity to re-establish the rundown building as a spectacular mixed-use, office-led landmark building including a Rooftop Restaurant and Bar.

With the intention to extend the usability of the building beyond the working day and attract evening visitation; the new Rooftop Restaurant and Bar was proposed for Levels 9 & 10.

The Solution
In contact with a long-standing customer – CField Construction, we began speaking with the projects team who were already appointed to coordinate, design, and manage the refurbishment works being carried out at the 68 King William Street. To ensure BA Systems proposal was developed to the client’s satisfaction, they sent several samples for their view and approval.

BA Systems then began working within their design and estimating teams to develop their full proposal for the Balustrade works. Later, they were successfully appointed following a post-quote meeting with the Commercial Team.
