EFAFLEX’s projects take us across the length and breadth of the UK with this one located on the Scottish Borders. Drysdale’s are a long established, nationwide processor of added value, locally grown vegetables.

Drysdale’s are known to EFAFLEX having used our products previously within their facility. This was a replacement project, switching from an alternative door option to our SST-L.

Two doors were designed and installed in the cold and dark store area where temperature control and hygiene are essential. The SST spiral design is ideal for such environments, with its speedy opening and closing, and it’s thermally separated EFA-THERM® insulation laths which provide exceptional heat insulation of between 0.66 and 1.52 W/m2K.

Not only does the SST look smart, but its high operating speeds ensure minimal exposure to the elements to significantly reduce energy costs.

Drysdale’s pride themselves on sustainability sourcing their own water supply and waste water treatment. Installing EFAFLEX doors, helps with this quest to minimise energy costs, and utilise products that are virtually fully recyclable.
