Walnut is a very popular wood finish, that creates a very warm, modern, and dramatic finish to any room.

Here is a perfect example of The Solid Wood Flooring Company’s walnut engineered flooring being used as stair treads, finished with our walnut stair nosing.

They have several different walnut engineered flooring options in varying dimensions and finishes including lacquered, satin hard wax oil and matt UV oil.

Hard wax oiled solid American black walnut stair nosing STN106 is to be fitted with a 15mm thick board or alternatively STN105 with a 20mm thick board.

They also supply a light oak lacquered stair nose STN222 which will match the E222 mixed grade lacquered engineered board. The stair nosing is grooved along the length of the trim for ease of fitting and can be sanded or reworked by craftsperson on site to fit alternative profiles.
