Type of works: White cellular PVC-UE fascia board, bargeboard and soffit have been used at the roofline of each apartment block to form a maintenance-free box feature around the edge of the roof
Caswell Bay Court comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartment development set amongst cliffs and woodlands overlooking the beautiful Caswell Bay, to the west of Swansea.
It was built by Lovell Partnerships (Southern) Ltd together with Modeltag Properties Ltd, which owns the site of the former Caswell Bay Hotel.
White cellular PVC-UE fascia board, bargeboard and soffit have been used at the roofline of each apartment block to form a maintenance-free box feature around the edge of the roof.
The boarding was accurately cut, mitred, and made weathertight around the octagonal towers located at the end of each block. It was also installed on the sloping gable ends and the returns on a series of dormers on the front elevation.
In addition, cellular PVC-U cladding has been used to clad the ends and underside of attractive steel-framed canopies at third-floor balcony level.
