This World Menopause Day, Brewers is excited to share their progress towards becoming a menopause-friendly employer.
In the last 12 months they have:
• Introduced a menopause policy, to outline their support for colleagues.
• Rolled-out online learning for all colleagues about menopause.
• Planned training for managers on menopause awareness which will take place in 2024.
• Made resources available on their intranet for colleagues to refer to.
• Had more discussions and conversations about the menopause than ever before.
They're dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace. Menopause can be challenging and overlooked, so they are committed to ensuring Brewers colleagues feel empowered and supported during this phase. They also want to support colleagues, who themselves are supporting people at work or in their life through the menopause.
Now, they are on the path to becoming a Menopause-Friendly Employer, demonstrating our commitment to open discussions and accommodations. On World Menopause Day they encourage colleagues to participate in their first menopause quiz to encourage learning and conversation about this important topic.
