Centurion House is a 150-bed student accommodation built on the former Bath Cricket Club car park. This four-storey building comprises studio flats; study rooms; a common room as well as an indoor cricket school & gym.

Designed by Intersect Architects and completed in late 2022 by the Real Group at a cost of £12.5M it is the first building in the UK to use Bathstone Basebed Rainscreen. Aztec Rainscreen using Park Lane Bath stone is complimented with bronze aluminium panels.
