CEO Ceilings Acoustic Baffles at Falmer High School

On the site of the former Falmer High School now stands the new £28 million Falmer Academy offering 900 places for students aged 11-16 as well as 250 sixth form places to the Brighton & Hove catchment area. The new building provides students with an inspirational learning environment and state of the art facilities which will enable them to build on the school’s past achievements.

CEP were able to offer a complete range of Sequence Acoustic Baffles that satisfied the architect, acoustician and main contractor as well as the Academy. The multi coloured baffles blend together to form a stunning visual backdrop to the ceilings in the main halls and atrium areas.

Sequence Planks were also used in the common part walkways as well as Sequence, Classcare and Cleancare ceiling tiles being used in all other locations within the impressive new building.

The CEP range of tiles and baffles provided a wide choice of aesthetic options for designers while allowing them to meet the acoustic, fire and thermal performance requirements throughout the academy.
