Woodtrend has provided their hardwood solutions for the Oracle Riverside shopping centre in Reading. The bench seating was constructed from kiln dried Cumaru battens (60 x 60) and 67 x 60 attached to 40 x 30 battens with bespoke edging pieces (60 x 280). The street furniture was constructed from 2.5m x 365mm x 240mm lengths.

The client wanted a sense of style and elegance within the public areas. Woodtrend achieved this with the installation of benches and cladding on both sides of the river that complimented the use of stone.
