Abloy UKs CLIQ Remote has won Access Control Product of the Year at the prestigious IFSEC Security Awards 2011.
The awards, run in association with the British Security Industry Association (BSIA), were presented at a gala ceremony during the week of IFSEC and recognise products and technological advancements that have played a major part in the security industry over the past 12 months.
Pictured accepting the award from former England Rugby star Martin Bayfield, Aaron Yule, Managing Director of Abloy UK, commented:
CLIQ Remote is the very latest in user-friendly, web-based security management and we are extremely pleased that it has been recognised with such an important industry award.
Competition within any access control category is always tough, so be named Access Control Product of the Year, further reinforces the quality and innovation of Cliq Remote.
Part of the CLIQ Protec range, CLIQ Remote is designed for larger master key suites or remote sites, enabling the commissioning, programming and full administration of security management centrally via web-based software, often eliminating the need to service locks on site.
The software, which automates key security, allows for additional data, such as valid times and authorisations, to be written to keys remotely and automatically updates and records audit trails.
