Human Recognition Systems will launch the latest enhancements to its popular MSite product, (an advanced biometric site access and workforce management solution), and its revolutionary, newly designed pod at the Infrastructure Show at Birmingham NEC between 17 - 19 October.
The MSite pod is a portable unit that houses a full-height turnstile and biometric hardware to manage workers onto and off-site. It saves a construction company time and money when because it can be rented or bought depending on the projects timescale.
It is now fully plug and play so the only requirement from the user is a supply of power. The improvements to this pod include a smaller footprint and companies can now clad it with their organisational, or projects, branding.
The leading industry event for the civil sector provides a perfect opportunity for the award-winning company to unveil its latest product development, which helps construction companies to better manage their workforce, to adhere to health and safety regulations and to decrease expenditure on staff-related administration.
MSite v4
Human Recognition Systems developed MSite three years ago and with v4 it is now fully operational in the cloud. This means that this popular technology, which helps construction companies to improve access control and workforce management, can be accessed wherever you are and now offers a huge range of new features:
Access the system remotely from wherever you are, as long as you have the correct software on your laptop / mobile device.
Mobile app for iPhone and Blackberry.
To fully manage reporting and access control across the business, sites and projects.
Groups can be set up for reporting on selected sites in a region or for all projects, (reducing administration costs but increasing the speed at which issues become visible).
Live feed reporting: know exactly who is on site and who isnt.
Improves tracking in case of emergency.
Enroll only once and distribute the biometric template to site as required, which can be done with the biometric templates physical card or distributed direct from the cloud.
The new phone application, which has been designed in-house really increases flexibility for the user. Its now possible to manage access from your phone, letting you open the turnstile and check the systems reports to see who is on site.
