Vtec’s client was appointed to undertake the refurbishment to the fifth floor of a 16 storey office building in New Malden. The building needed modernising to make it more attractive to potential occupiers and complement the excellent views across South West London.

The fourth and tenth floor lobbies were updated as part of the project, alongside a re-vamp of the main reception area to ensure it provides a warm welcome.

The stylish feature border lighting works well with Vtec’s Concrete Panel System that has been used to great effect as a feature wall to the lift lobby. The new shower area also incorporates Vtec Concrete panels to create an industrial, contemporary feel.

The panels are easy to install and eliminate the need for any wet trades on site, achieving an authentic concrete look very quickly. The use of Vtec’s concrete panels mean there is minimum hassle and a negligible additional weight compared to concrete!
