Being part of the scheme means that as an organisation within the construction industry they abide by the Code of Considerate Practice which encourages best practices beyond statutory requirements.

The scheme encourages and rewards the construction industry to adapt to more considerate practices.

It aims to develop a better image of the construction industry as a whole, ensuring construction sites and companies, who are part of the scheme, present an image of efficiency, competent management, and awareness of environmental issues.
