Crown Paints has achieved top marks for a prestigious school in the historic city of York. Bootham School, an independent day and boarding school for 3 to 18 year olds, has harnessed the expertise of Crown Trade to protect their historic building.

The windows of Fox House, which is situated on Portland Street in the city centre, were in need of attention and the Crown Paints Specification Team were called in to help. After a site survey by the team, Crown Trade Stronghold Exterior Gloss and Crown Trade Stronghold Exterior Primer Undercoat were specified for the job.

Crown Trade Stronghold Exterior Primer Undercoat, which is specially formulated for use with the Stronghold Exterior Gloss, offers long term protection for exterior timber as well as correctly prepared metal work.
